Steve Levine Entertainment (SLE) contacted me about helping them with a brand identity for their brand of high-profile DJ parties, which they named Republic Events. The events were primarily held in one of the original nightclubs in Scottsdale, Axis Radius. The logo is a fusion of elements from the Axis Radius logo, and a star, which represents the star-power and reputation of the caliber of DJs that hosted the parties. The logo has been used on hats, shirts, banners, fliers, wristbands, and I’m pretty sure there’s probably someone walking around with a tattoo God knows where.
