An Identity That Needed to Sing
Ever since I was old enough to go tearing down the sidewalk on my Night Rider Big Wheel, I remember being creative. My three favorite things as a kid were drawing, playing outside, and food (dad was a chef). Growing up, I moved around a lot and everything was always changing. Creativity was like a familiar friend with whom I could be myself and feel at ease. Whether I was using random items from someone’s pantry to cook for friends, writing a short story or putting my own twist on a cartoon character, creativity was always there.
