Helped evolve a career assessment into a connected career ecosystem. Conducted 30+ interviews and shifted the product focus from prospect indecision to student retention. Built an ongoing research practice supporting 1–2 interviews per week and designed exploration across 300+ BLS-powered career pages.
Outcomes: adoption by 30% of the student base within a year, with engagement gains of 4–8% per iteration.

Led design for a homepage serving more than one million visitors per month, aligning 12+ stakeholders across product, engineering, SEO, accessibility, and leadership.
Outcomes: application completions +3%, requests for information +2%, Program Finder visits +10%, scroll depth +5%, and bounce rate −6%.
Alumni ecosystem
Designed a connected experience around the alumni lifecycle, making resources and continued education easier to discover.
Outcomes: engagement +15%, resource access +8%, re-enrollment +1.4%, and new enrollment +0.5%.

Partnered with Critical Mass on the university website redesign, including prototypes, testing, research synthesis, and a new design system. Program Finder work increased application completions by 7%. Mega-navigation improvements increased program traffic by 18%, application completions by 7%, and requests for information by 4.5%.
